• University degree in Law, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical, medical devices, healthcare or related industries.
• 5–7+ years of experience in contract management within materials, manufacturing, or CAPEX in a global environment.
• Strong legal and operational knowledge of contract negotiation, risk management, compliance, and governance.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, Engineering, Quality, and Procurement.
• Familiarity with CAPEX projects: budgeting, timelines, supplier management, and production infrastructure.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills with proven decision-making ability in a matrix environment.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage.
