Content & Social Media Strategist @ Hiring and Dealing

Remote, Kyiv

  • 1–3 years of proven experience in content marketing, social media, or research (preferably in gaming, tech, or B2B industries)
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts
  • Confident and polished English writing skills (B2+ level or better)
  • Comfortable communicating in Russian
  • Proven ability to grow a brand’s social media presence from scratch
  • Experience with major social media platforms: LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, Reddit, Instagram
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to align content with input from multiple teams
  • Familiarity with tools like Hootsuite, Canva, Google Analytics is a plus

We are seeking a talented Content & Social Media Strategist to join our dynamic team in the online gaming industry. This is a hands-on role for a creative storyteller who will build our media presence from the ground up and help position us as a thought leader in gaming innovation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of B2B content marketing, social media strategy, and gaming industry trends. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex ideas into engaging narratives and impactful campaigns.
