• Experience in Compliance, Audit, Risk, or Internal Audit (preferably in financial services or fintech).
• Good understanding of financial markets and regulatory requirements.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and adapt to change.
• Fluency in English and French (both spoken and written).
• Confident with Excel and documentation tasks.

Location: Kraków

We work: Hybrid (3 days from office per week)

You will be based in Krakow and work closely with compliance teams around the world.
