  • System Center Suite: SCVMM (System Center Virtual Machine Manager) -working knowledge, SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) Task Sequence image capture/build/update and troubleshooting, SCOM (System Center Operations Manager) agent installation, troubleshooting and management on guest OS and Citrix golden image.
  • Network: Strong understanding of networking concepts, including firewall, DMZ, proxies, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SSL, and VPNs
  • Operating Systems: Expertise in Windows Server 2019 & above and desktop operating systems Win 10 & above, as well as good to have experience with Linux.
  • GPU Management: Familiarity on GPU cards preferably NVIDIA and 3D applications performance troubleshooting.
  • Security: Knowledge of security best practices and tools to ensure the Citrix environment is secure
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Analytical thinking and proficiency in using Citrix, Microsoft, and network diagnostic tools and techniques to resolve issues.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to document issues, solutions, and procedures clearly and concisely. Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with other IT teams and stakeholders and providing excellent support and maintaining a positive relationship with user.
