Candidate Profile:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in corporate banking, particularly with large enterprises and syndicated financing.
  
• International corporate banking background is a plus.
  
• Solid understanding of banking products, regulations, and international trade processes.
  
• In-depth knowledge of the local Lithuanian market, business landscape, financial sector, client expectations, and KYC standards.
  
• Strong relationship-building and client management skills.
  
• Fluency in both Lithuanian and English is essential; Polish is a valuable asset.
  
• Self-driven with strong communication abilities and a structured approach to prioritizing tasks.
  
• Willingness to travel frequently for business purposes.

Mobility:

Frequent business travel within Lithuania

Occasional trips to Latvia, Estonia, and Poland

Role Objective:
The Chief Representative will act as the official representative of the Bank in the Lithuanian market. The main focus of the role is not sales but building the Bank’s visibility, representing the institution in the local environment, and developing relationships with key stakeholders (corporate clients, financial institutions, chambers of commerce, regulators, etc.).

,[ Serve as the Bank’s chief representative in Vilnius, Lithuania. Identify and pursue business development opportunities in the corporate banking sector, including lending, trade finance, and related services. , Establish and nurture strong relationships with potential corporate clients and key stakeholders. , Maintain close ties with other financial institutions, banks, business associations, chambers of commerce, think tanks, local regulators, and supervisory bodies. , Collaborate with Head Office departments to follow up on sales leads and coordinate further engagement with prospective clients. , Offer strategic advice and insights to senior management on market entry and positioning strategies. , Oversee and execute marketing initiatives of the Representative Office. , Monitor and evaluate Lithuania’s economic and regulatory landscape, recommending how to align the Bank’s offerings effectively. , Ensure timely submission of all required reports, disclosures, and statements to regulatory authorities and the Head Office. , Ensure full compliance with local legal requirements and internal Bank policies. , Manage the operational budget and cost control within the Representative Office. , Carry out risk management duties relevant to the office’s activities. , Lead all operations and supervise the Representative Office team. ] Requirements: knowledge of the Lithuanian market, nternational trade processes, client management skills, International banking background
