Youre ideal for this role if you have:

• Higher education in computer science
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project implementation as a business-systems analyst (professional experience in: gathering, specifying, and documenting functional and non-functional requirements, identifying system assumptions and constraints)
• Good knowledge of SQL (at a level enabling data analysis)
• Knowledge of UML and BPMN notation
• Knowledge of CASE tools, e.g., Enterprise Architect
• Knowledge and ability to work in agile methodologies (Scrum)
• Knowledge of requirement description methods in the form of User Stories or Use Cases
• Ability to work in a team, creativity, and good work organization
• Analytical thinking, commitment to assigned tasks, problem-solving skills, and ability to work under time pressure
• Ability to create technical and training documentation
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and ability to communicate effectively with developers, designers, product managers, and other stakeholders
• Experience in independently conducting analysis of a large business initiative

Nice to have:

• Experience in motor insurance projects
• Experience in designing web applications
• Experience working with Oracle or MS SQL Server databases
• Knowledge of leasing-related issues
• Experience working with Azure DevOps (formerly TFS)
• Experience in designing IT system architecture, including security and performance requirements, and in designing system integrations using REST API standards
• Knowledge of English sufficient to read documentation and report issues to international vendors
