• Min. 3 years of experience in business support and steering / managerial role; ideally in an international matrix organization
• Several years of leadership experience
• Strong in performance data consolidation and analysis
• Technological and/or portfolio knowledge is an advantage
• Languages: C-level in English (must); German is a strong advantage
• Proficient in reporting tools and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong with numbers and quick to grasp complex topics
• High level of communication skills; able to present insights clearly and adapt to different audiences
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Proactive Mindset: entrepreneurial, solution-oriented, and able to drive projects independently
• Very quick understanding of business needs with capability of fast implementation of sudden changes
• Willingness to travel (within Hungary)
