  • Hands-on experience in lead/demand generation within the IT industry;
  • Experience or solid understanding of the B2B sector;
  • Experience or demonstrated expertise in cold calls;
  • Advanced English level;
  • Availability: This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule. The role requires the ability to work extended hours in alignment with the Pacific Time Zone, up to approximately 9:00 PM Central European Time, with such flexibility needed about 2–3 times per week;
  • Demonstrated excellence in communication skills;
  • Proven proactivity and effective time management;
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities;
  • An enthusiastic and positive "can-do" attitude;
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills.

Will be a plus:

  • Knowledge of the IT Service Industry;
  • Experience working with Engineers and CTOs;
  • Experience in financial and/or ticketing domains.
