• 2-5 years systems-, processes- and data experience within Pharma Manufacturing or Supply Chain Domain
• Proven record of strong analytics skills translating business needs into data requirements
• Experience in a business application user / data product consumer facing role
• Proficiency in SQL (light-weighted SQL is sufficient) to query data and/or notions in Python is a plus
• Design Thinking and Agile skills, applied in work
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate discussions and gather requirements effectively
• Willingness to respond to changing situations and deliver value iteratively within Sprints and de-risks the outcomes
• Proactiveness, availability and ability to deliver at work
• Data Analytics front end skills is a plus
• Data Vault (recommended) and Snowflake of similar experience is a plus
