We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with strong expertise in WordPress VIP and M-Connect to join our team. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, translate them into technical requirements, and ensure successful implementation on the WordPress VIP platform, integrated with M-Connect. The BA will play a key role in ensuring that the platform meets the business objectives and delivers a high-quality user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Requirements Gathering: Work with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements related to WordPress VIP and M-Connect projects.
• Business Process Analysis: Analyze and document existing business processes, workflows, and systems, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for leveraging WordPress VIP and M-Connect features.
• Solution Design: Collaborate with development teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and design solutions that align with business objectives, particularly focusing on the integration between WordPress VIP and M-Connect.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Project Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
• Testing & Validation: Support testing efforts by defining acceptance criteria, coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT), and validating that delivered solutions meet business needs.
• Training & Support: Develop and deliver training materials and support documentation to end users, ensuring successful adoption of new features and functionalities.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on WordPress VIP, M-Connect features, and best practices, recommending enhancements to improve the platform’s effectiveness and user satisfaction.
Requirements:
• Technical Expertise:
o Proven experience working with WordPress VIP and M-Connect, including knowledge of their features, capabilities, and limitations.
o Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and website management best practices.
o Basic understanding of web development concepts, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, is advantageous.
• Analytical Skills:
o Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
o Experience with business process modeling and workflow analysis.
• Project Management:
o Experience working in Agile or similar project management frameworks.
