Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst (or a similar role) in IT-related projects.
• Fluency in German (mandatory), and communicative English.
• Theoretical knowledge of system architecture, databases, and scripting and the ability to grasp technical environments without hands-on coding or scripting.
• Familiarity with working in environments involving critical infrastructure or complex systems.
• Excellent communication and consultative skills to mediate between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Contract: B2B or Contract of employment
Salary: up to 130 PLN/h net/B2B; or 14k PLN gross/UoP 
Location: Remote within Poland
Project: Time and attendance monitoring system for hospitals.

Centralized Workforce Management System.

We are implementing a centralized, Java-based workforce management system to modernize time tracking, access control, and security workflows.

Scope: Configure the system, migrate data from legacy platforms to MS SQL, and develop custom scripts (Python, PowerShell) for automation and performance optimization.

This project ensures seamless integration and reliability, empowering clients with modernized operations.
