POPIS POZICE:
  • Support salesteamswithquoting,booking, andaccountdata management inSalesforce.
  • Troubleshootsystemissuesandguideuserstoresolveerrors.
  • Collaboratewithinternalteams(SalesOps, PartnerOps,OrderManagement).
  • Cleanse,enrich, andcorrectcustomeraccountdata.
  • Ensurecompliancewithbookingandrevenuerecognitionstandards.
  • CommunicatewithU.S.teams,especiallyduringquarter/year-endperiods.
  • WorkinNorthAmericantimezones,requiringflexibility inworkinghours.


PROFIL KANDIDÁTA:
  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ.
  • Background in Sales Operations, ideally in software or SaaS environments.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Analytical thinking and ability to work under pressure.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent practical experience.
  • Flexibility during critical periods (month/quarter/year-end).
