• 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst within Product Control or a related financial function.
• Strong understanding of corporate market financial products: FX (Spot, Forwards, Options), Debt Markets (Rates, Credit), Equities (Cash, Structured).
• Experience working with financial datasets and deriving actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities with minimal supervision.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration skills.
• Awareness of Agile methodologies and willingness to deepen knowledge.

 Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Technical familiarity with SQL, Python, PowerBI – not mandatory but helpful.
• Experience with valuation control functions and fair value measurement (IFRS 13).
• Understanding of accounting standards (IAS 32/39, IFRS 7, IFRS 9).
• Exposure to hedge accounting and treasury functions.
• Ability to navigate conversations with accounting policy and implementation teams.
• Background in finance, especially in environments handling large volumes of data.
