Business Analyst @ ITMAGINATION

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical BA
  
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Agile/Kanban delivery models
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics for non-technical stakeholders
  
• Ability to manage multiple work streams and keep deliverables on track
  
• Proven ability to create clear, structured documentation (e.g., data dictionaries, mappings, process flows)
  
• Nice to have: experience with AI assistant / AI solution scoping
