• Excellent skills in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements;
• Ability to model business processes and develop specifications (BPMN, UML, or other methods);
• Ability to work with Jira, Trello, Confluence;
• Knowledge of data analysis methods and tools, including Excel and BI systems (e.g., Power BI, Looker Studio);
• Knowledge of system integration principles and working with APIs;
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders;
• Ability to work in a team and independently, showing initiative and responsibility;
• High level of organization and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
