Must-have:

• 3+ years of experience in SAP FICO (GL, AP, AR, CO, COPA, PCA).
• Hands-on experience with BlackLine implementation and automation (journal entries, reconciliation, data validation).
• Strong knowledge of SAP BPC and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for financial analysis and planning.
• Experience in financial closing processes (RTR) and accounting operations.
• Ability to analyze and optimize financial workflows using SAP & BlackLine.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a global, cross-functional environment.
• English proficiency (B2+) for international collaboration.

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA migration projects.
• Knowledge of Oracle and MS Dynamics financial systems.
• Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager for issue tracking.
• Experience in training and mentoring finance teams on SAP and BlackLine best practices.

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO & BlackLine Specialist to provide global problem-solving support for SAP financial systems and drive BlackLine automation initiatives. This role involves technical support, process optimization, and system integration across SAP ECC, S/4HANA, BPC, and BlackLine platforms.

,[Support SAP FICO modules (GL, AR, AP, CO, COPA, PCA) by troubleshooting issues and maintaining master data., Act as the primary contact for end-users worldwide, providing technical and process support for SAP BPC, ERP, and BlackLine., Lead and support BlackLine implementation for automated journal entries, data validation, and process automation in SAP ECC & S/4HANA., Identify process improvement opportunities and drive automation in financial reconciliation and accrual processes using BlackLine., Collaborate with IT teams to manage system issues through SAP Solution Manager and ensure smooth integration of external feeder systems into SAP., Support month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure accurate financial reporting (RTR)., Participate in system integration tests (SIT) and user acceptance tests (UAT) for SAP and BlackLine solutions., Conduct training sessions for end-users to enhance system adoption and efficiency., Work on global finance transformation projects, including SAP BPC, SAP ECC & S/4HANA, and Oracle/MS Dynamics implementations.] Requirements: BlackLine, ERP, SAP, Oracle Tools: Agile, Scrum.
