Back Office Specialist with German @ Antal

• Bachelor degree.
• Experience in a Customer Service or order management area environment is nive to have.
• Familiarity with business process management at any level of experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A customer-oriented mindset with the ability to understand and meet client needs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
• Previous experience in a Shared Services Center environment is a plus.

Language requirements:

• Very good knowledge of German and English (B2)
