• Experience working as a Business Analyst within an agile Software Development team for at least three years
• 5+ years working as a Business Analyst and relevant industry certification
• Excellent skills and knowledge of collaborative leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency
• Knowledge of the patterns and techniques used in an Agile project e.g. burndown metrics, backlog tracking, velocity, task definition, retrospectives, and defect management
• Experience in defining artifacts used in Agile delivery e.g. epics, stories, tasks
• Excellent communication skills and able to drive and manage workshops independently
• Experience in managing stakeholders
• Excellent understanding of Excel, inc pivot tables, Power Query, and managing data to provide meaningful insights
• Competency in Microsoft Excel, Visio  and PowerPoint in order to conduct data analysis and present raw data in a simplified manner, displaying trend analysis and highlighting outliers/exceptions
• Experience in delivering process flow diagrams and process improvements associated with complex system flows
• Knowledge of different Coud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP, Alibaba)
• Ability to speak, read, and write in English
• Experience with working on document repositories e.g. Confluence and SharePoint, and ticketing tools e.g. JIRA and ServiceNow

,[Train teams to raise change requests and how to be compliant with the control, this will require an understanding of the software development process including testing and release of software / in house developed code, Work with software teams across Cybersecurity and interact with teams outside of Cybersecurity to share business processes and improvements, Define improvements in business processes and train users in the implementation of these processes, Define and implement the BAU processes required to manage the control and create reports and end user knowledge articles to support these processes, Conduct hygiene spot checks on changes against the controls, Define an operating BAU process for reporting against the control metrics, Analysis of the data used to determine compliance and identify trends in results, Compile weekly and monthly reports to be presented to stakeholders of all levels from delivery teams / change owners to Cyber ExCo or Risk management boards within Technology, Define and implement standard operating procedures for managing test evidence on changes; including training users, defining best practice for the Cyber teams with assistance from Subject Matter Expert’s (SMEs), creating evidence templates, Work with teams across cyber to understand the risks associated with their applications and the implementation of improved testing environments and testing practice, Assist with creation of  professional testing / QA practice and support delivery teams with testing practice uplift] Requirements: Excel, Power Query, Visio, PowerPoint, Data analysis, Flow diagram, AWS, Azure, GCP, Confluence, SharePoint, Jira, ServiceNow Additionally: Sport subscription, Private healthcare, International projects, Free coffee.
