• A master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in the field of software development
• 4+ years of hands-on AWS infrastructure design, deployment, and operations experience
• In-depth knowledge of AWS services: VPC, EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, ECS, EKS, IAM, API Gateway, CloudFront, SecurityHub, GuardDuty, CloudWatch, KMS, PCA, and others
• 3+ years of experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform preferred, CloudFormation, Ansible, AWS CDK, etc.)
• 3+ years of experience in building and managing CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab, Bitbucket, or similar)
• 2+ years of experience with container-based applications (Docker, Kubernetes/EKS)
• Strong knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, load balancers, firewalls) and related AWS services
• Strong understanding of cloud security concepts (IAM, PoLP, access control, encryption, endpoint security)
• AWS Professional/Specialty Certification (preferred)

As an Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading a cloud engineering team on varied customer projects while also architecting cloud-centric solutions based on customers’ needs. At SnapSoft, we perform end-to-end delivery from architecture design to implementation, where you can be part of constructing the cloud infrastructure of international companies, mainly in fintech, aviation, telco, and edtech industries. With your expertise, you will help our customers achieve and maintain robust availability, resilience, and scalability in their cloud-based products while ensuring their infrastructures security and compliance.
