Youre ideal for this role if you have:

• Hands-on experience with Core Java and Selenium or TypeScript and Playwright 
• Proficiency in BDD methodology using Cucumber and Gherkin syntax 
• Strong coding skills in Java and/or TypeScript 
• Solid experience with Agile and SAFe methodologies, focusing on ‘in-sprint’ automation 
• Good understanding of modern web UI frameworks such as Angular or React 
• Experience integrating test automation in CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins 
• Familiarity with REST API testing and HTTP/JSON protocols 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English 
• Experience working with version control (Git) and issue tracking tools (JIRA) 

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Hands-on experience with REST Assured or JUnit for API testing 
• Understanding of retail banking functions and requirements 
• Experience with API testing tools such as Postman, Anypoint, or Rest Client
