For our Client, an international company from the real estate sector, headquartered in Warsaw, operating in Poland and the CEE region, we are looking for a candidate for the position of Associate - New Business. Remote work in Ukraine, with business trips to Warsaw.

One aspect worth highlighting is definitely entering new geographical markets (Ukraine) – sourcing opportunities and executing the expansion strategy, as well as participating in fundraising.

This person will be part of a dynamic and well-coordinated team that likes working under deal-related time constraints and the complexity of business processes.

They are working on:

• Development and execution of Group strategy related to new business
• Identifying, sourcing, and executing new strategies, markets and product types
• Research, M and A and operating support (analysis of, i.a., processes, profitability, and strategy)
• Day-to-day operational support for the CEO and the Founder
• Current focus on:
  
  • New geographical markets - sourcing deals and executing the expansion strategy
  • Fundraising - new opportunities
