We are seeking a dynamic and creative Art Director / Brand Manager to join our team, responsible for both brand partnerships and the development of advertising content for our mobile game, Geolocation Monopoly World. In this role, you will blend creative leadership with strategic business acumen to craft innovative brand integrations and impactful ads that enhance the player experience and contribute to the commercial success of the game.

,[Collaborate with the CEO, Head of Product, and business development teams to translate brand partnerships into innovative in-game integrations and ad campaigns., Lead the ideation and development of engaging ad concepts that resonate with target audiences across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, TikTok, YouTube, and Snapchat., Oversee the creation of co-branded in-game content, ensuring alignment with both the Monopoly World and partner brands., Direct the production of high-quality ad assets, including dynamic video ads with motion graphics., Provide creative direction and oversee the development of in-game elements to ensure visual consistency with the games brand aesthetic and partner requirements., Review and approve all creative assets, maintaining high standards of quality and adherence to brand guidelines., Represent the company at global brand, gaming, and technology conferences, engaging in networking and presenting to potential partners., Lead international meetings with brand stakeholders and agencies, negotiating terms and ensuring alignment on business objectives., Work closely with external creative agencies and internal teams (marketing, user acquisition, analytics) to ensure cohesive and effective ad campaigns., Lead A/B testing and performance analysis for ad creatives, using insights to refine and improve both advertising strategies and brand integrations., Manage budgets for brand partnerships and advertising, ensuring a balance between production quality and cost-efficiency., Stay up to date on trends in mobile gaming, digital advertising, and brand partnerships, applying innovative ad formats (such as AR or interactive experiences) to push creative boundaries., Continuously refresh and update ad creatives and brand partnership elements to keep them relevant and effective, Ensure all brand partnership initiatives align with the Monopoly World brand guidelines and partner brand standards.] Requirements: Art Director., leadership, communication, collaboration, strategy games Additionally: Training budget, Flat structure, Small teams, International projects, Stock option plan, Masterclazz training, Free coffee, Canteen, Bike parking, Playroom, Shower, Free snacks, Free beverages, Free parking, Modern office, Startup atmosphere, No dress code, Open kitchen, Team gatherings, In-house trainings.
