What you bring to the position

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Informatics is a must
• Business Conversational level in English
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in application support or system management and working with procurement systems
• SAP, Ariba knowledge
• Excel, Power BI, VBA knowledge (trainings can be provided if needed)

We are seeking an Application Support Specialist to join our partners dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting internal procurement and Qlick-toBuy webshop systems. As a critical member of the team, you will assist with ensuring the smooth operation of these systems, providing technical support, and handling interface management. 

,[Support SAP Ariba at 2nd–3rd level (access, contracts, supplier/buyer modifications, templates), Maintain and troubleshoot Qlick-to-Buy webshop system (SAP integration, catalogues, mass uploads), Investigate invoice issues and interface errors between webshop and SAP, Create and maintain procurement-related reports (Excel, Power BI, other tools), Participate in ongoing and upcoming procurement projects, Handle master data modifications, Work in Agile methodology (daily standups, deadlines), Use ServiceNow for ticketing and Jira for development requests] Requirements: Excel, Power BI, VBA, Jira, SAP, SAP Ariba, ServiceNow Tools: Agile.
