Your Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or equivalent experience in IT. 
• At least 2 years of experience managing global applications/services or implementation projects. 
• Knowledge or experience with PowerBI, Machine Learning, or Artificial Intelligence is an advantage. 
• Proven experience with IT service management concepts (ITIL). 
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability. 
• Excellent organizational, time management, decision-making, and negotiation skills. 
• Responsibility for end-to-end delivery, with independence and discipline. 
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to foster team spirit, collaboration, and customer focus. 
• Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of business processes and technologies. 
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken). 

We are currently looking for a candidate to join the client’s dynamic and international team as an Application Manager.

The role focuses on managing the run and small-scale build aspects of applications in the Project Management Domain portfolio, while gathering and delivering business insights using technologies including Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.

,[Manage applications from initial planning and development through retirement (decommissioning). , Monitor daily operations of the application development team and provide regular feedback. , Collaborate with business and IT teams to manage all project requirements. , Plan, schedule, and control application or platform builds through different stages (including testing and deployment). , Work closely with architects, quality testers, and application specialists to ensure high-quality deliverables. , Collaborate with 3rd party vendors to ensure application operations and continuity. , Ensure IT controls, regulatory, and legal requirements are considered when designing, delivering, and running platforms, applications, and services. , Develop a deep understanding of business processes supported by the applications. , Build and maintain relationships with end-user communities, both directly and via SPOCs. , Create and maintain an application roadmap aligned with technology roadmaps. , Keep operational records and data accurate and up to date, including licenses and contracts, and monitor expiration dates. , Understand the business case and purpose behind the application. ] Requirements: Project management, Machine learning, Testing, Degree, PowerBI, Analytical skills, ITIL
