About the project:

The Application Manager is an important function being responsible for the stable processing of the applications in his scope. The main emphasis are the technical features of the application, that are relevant for the operational stability. They are involved in the entire lifecycle of the applications beginning with technical requirements, technical testing, infrastructure design, handling of outages in production and technical changes in infrastructure. They are also responsible for the technical security tasks.

In case of external providing of the IT operation the Application Manager has to discuss the technical issues and requirements with the provider aiming to a continuous improvement of the operational technical stability.
