You should have

• Have strong technical skills, preferably with a background in software development.

• Have experience working in cross-functional teams, especially in a SaaS environment.
• Be familiar with application performance monitoring tools and methodologies.

Nice to haves

• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and marketing automation tools.Knowledge of web technologies and databases, including RESTful APIs and SQL/NoSQL databases.
  
• Experience in an application support or maintenance role.

The Role

We are looking for an Application Maintenance Engineer who can work independently or within a small team to ensure our applications remain performant, efficient, and optimised post-launch. This role will involve monitoring applications, liaising between teams, providing insights to improve application performance and reliability, and actively participatin in the resolution of significant incidents.
