Are you a technically skilled problem-solver who enjoys working closely with customers and cross-functional teams? We’re looking for an Application Engineer to join our team and support the application, development, and promotion of our advanced materials and solutions.

• Deliver timely and accurate application engineering support for assigned products
• Provide technical assistance to customers, operations, and field sales teams—including cost estimates, formal quotations, and technical drawings
• Build strong relationships with customers and Field Sales Engineers, ensuring clear communication of technical needs and feedback
• Manage and distribute product samples based on customer requirements
• Create technical presentations and specifications to educate customers on product applications
• Complete technical service requests and detailed reports, including support for production transfers between sites (e.g., specification validation, project coordination, and trial oversight)
• Travel regularly to customer sites and internal locations
• Manage budgets effectively for assigned projects and activities

• Technical education (high school diploma or university degree in a relevant field)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical or engineering role
• Fluent in English and German (minimum B2 level)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Willingness to travel regularly
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (preferably SAP)
