• At least 5 years of Apex applications development experience
• 5+ years of experience designing, building and implementing data warehouse
• Strong SQL and PL/SQL (Structured Query Language) and data extraction skills
• Good command of Oracle DB and/or MSSQL Server
• Basic command of UNIX
• Being able to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
• Experience conducting large scale requirements and design sessions with business process owners
• Communicates effectively with i.e.: Delivery Managers, Delivery Service Managers, Roche Support Lead, Lead Developer
• Taking the role of Problem Coordinator, Major Incident Manager if such problems occur in the Service
• Ability to actively initiate and lead architecture and processes optimization and introducing new solutions
• Experience optimizing physical designs for effective ETL and maximum query performance
• Experience with DB/ETL best practices
• Experience working in Agile Development Methodologies
• Expertise knowledge of ITIL standards and SCRUM processes (ability to act as a ScrumMaster)
