• Proven experience as an AI Engineer or ML Engineer.
• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn).
• Hands-on work with LangChain and/or LangGraph.
• Understanding of LLM evaluation frameworks and RAG metrics.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) and vector databases (Pinecone, Chroma, Weaviate).

Nice to have:

• Degree in Computer Science, AI, or Machine Learning.
• Experience with MLOps, Docker, or Kubernetes.
• Contributions to open-source AI projects or research initiatives.
