Your profile

• Strong knowledge of Python and JavaScript/TypeScript
• Experience with automation frameworks (e.g. n8n) and agent frameworks (e.g. LangChain, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel)
• Familiarity with AI services (OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, Hugging Face)
• Confident working with REST/GraphQL APIs, Webhooks, OAuth 2.0
• Hands-on experience with Docker (Kubernetes nice to have)
• Knowledge in CI/CD, Git, and deployment practices
• Basic understanding of cloud hosting (e.g. Hetzner, AWS, Azure) and security aspects
• Optional: experience with React.js for smaller frontend integrations

Soft skills

• Strong English skills (German is a plus)

Your role
As an AI/Automation Developer, you will design, implement, and optimize intelligent automation solutions for our clients. You will work with modern AI frameworks, orchestrate coding agents, and integrate external software systems to build scalable, future-proof architectures. Together with our consulting team, you will co-create solutions that make a measurable impact.
