Qualification & Experience Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience in software technology environments, including cloud-native solution development.
• Hands-on experience with AI agent design, intelligent automation, or related AI systems.
• Strong expertise with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and modern software development practices (CI/CD, API architectures).
• Proficiency in AI/ML tools and techniques, including large language models (LLMs), generative AI, NLP, and MLOps.

Can be an advantage

• Experience in technical pre-sales and client-facing solution design.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor engineering teams.
• Exposure to AI strategy development and emerging technology scouting.
• Familiarity with SMB and SME technology strategies and auditing processes.

AI and Tech Lead Engineer

For our internal projects, we are looking for an AI & Tech Lead Engineer to drive our AI and software technology initiatives. The main focus of this role is AI-driven solutions, but you should also have solid knowledge of cloud technologies and modern software development. We need someone who can think strategically, work hands-on, lead by example, support the team, and deliver real results.
