Location: 100% remote
Salary: 120-140 PLN net/h

We are seeking a seasoned Product Owner to lead the development, integration, and enterprise adoption of a strategic Capacity Management tool. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the product vision, driving agile delivery, and aligning cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the tool meets business and compliance objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Ownership

• Define and refine product requirements in alignment with business goals.
  
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog to ensure timely delivery of high-impact features.
  
• Champion user-centric design and iterative development practices.

Integration Orchestration

•  Lead the integration of the Capacity Management tool with enterprise systems and practices including SDLC, OMAR, Observability, Architecture, and Service Management.
  
• Collaborate with platform and engineering teams to ensure seamless interoperability.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Facilitate alignment between business and technical stakeholders to maximize adoption and value realization.
  
• Communicate product strategy, roadmap, and progress to executive sponsors and delivery teams.

Governance Alignment

• Ensure the tool supports enterprise reporting requirements and complies with governance frameworks.
  
• Embed controls and metrics that enable transparency and accountability.
