• Strong English skills (B2+); other languages are a plus.
• Solid understanding of CPL/CPA/RevShare models and verticals.
• Negotiation skills and ability to build long-term partnerships.
• Results-oriented mindset and ability to work with KPIs.

As an Affiliate Manager at Appstinum OÜ, you will be responsible for building and managing strong relationships with publishers and advertisers worldwide. Your role is to grow our partner network, monitor traffic quality and performance (EPC, CR, ROI), and ensure that our campaigns deliver consistent results. We are looking for someone proactive and strategic, who knows how to negotiate, close deals, and drive growth.
