• 5+ years of experience as a Solution or Technical Architect, including large-scale Adobe Experience Cloud implementations
  
• Deep understanding of Adobe AEP, AJO, Target, Analytics, and AEM 
  
• Proven expertise in CDP strategy, identity stitching, segmentation, journe orchestration, and audience activation
  
• Ability to design scalable data pipelines and XDM schemas for real-time and batch use cases.
  
• Experience working with customer data platforms in B2B/B2C contexts
  
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders
  
• Fluency in English (min.C1)
