• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in MarTech, CDP, or digital experience projects
  
• Hands-on knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform, particularly RT-CDP
  
• Experience working with customer data strategies: identity stitching, segmentation, data governance, and compliance.
  
• Strong documentation and analytical skills, with ability to translate business goals into technical requirements.
  
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  
• Fluency in English (min.C1)
