As an Administrative Specialist, you will play a role in ensuring the smooth flow of our administrative processes and supporting the daily operations of the company. From managing invoices and correspondence to organizing document circulation and coordinating business meetings, you will be at the heart of our office efficiency. This position is ideal for individuals with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

We are a family-friendly company that welcomes applications from mothers returning to the workforce, as well as students in the final years of their studies who already have a solid foundation in administration and are eager to gain hands-on experience.
