An Admin / Backend Developer who can keep our infrastructure rock-solid, our backend fast and reliable, and our internal tools smooth to use — while enjoying the flexibility and ownership that comes with working in a small, driven team.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong skills in PHP, MySQL/MariaDB, and RESTful API development. 
• Experience with React, JavaScript/TypeScript, and basic frontend updates. 
• Solid Linux system administration knowledge, including NGINX/Apache, Docker basics, and shell scripting. 
• Understanding of security best practices (SSH, firewalls, secrets handling, OWASP guidelines). 
• Ability to work independently and proactively, taking ownership from start to finish. 
• Comfortable communicating in Polish and English (written & spoken). 
• Previous experience in a startup environment where things move fast and change even faster. 
• Bonus points for experience with C++ performance considerations, admin dashboards, or high-performance server tuning.
