Do we have a match?
As an Account Manager (Contract Owner) you must meet the following criteria:
- At least 4 years experience in B2B sales in IT services (customer service roles, such as project/product management, consulting, or sales engineering)
- Responsibility as Contract Owner for projects with revenue of at least $1M per year
- Strong understanding of both technical and business drivers in software services
- Excellent knowledge of English (C1 level)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills - you know how to work a room, even remotely
- Strategic focus on client success and value generation
- Ability to make decisions under uncertainty and change direction when necessary
- Experience with Hubspot or similar CRM system
Beyond the criteria above, we would appreciate the nice-to-haves:
- Experience in working with the US based clients
- Experience in the IT Networking industry will be an asset

To make that happen, we are looking for an Account Manager to join our team and take charge of client success from the earliest stage of the sales cycle through project delivery.
Your role
As an Account Manager, you will be the driving force behind project alignment and client satisfaction. You will start early - during the sales process - to help shape winning offers and stay involved in delivery to ensure both our clients and CodiLime come out on top.
Your main responsibility will be to ensure commercial success as the Contract Owner. You will work closely with Engineers, Solution Architects, and Engineering Managers, but you will be the one making sure everything adds up - technically, commercially, and strategically.
