Must-Have Skills

• Hands-on experience with Three.js or Babylon.js (or similar web 3D frameworks)
• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript, preferably React in production
• Solid understanding of WebGL and performance optimization (draw calls, GPU budgets, LOD, texture compression, caching, bundling)
• Comfortable handling 3D formats (glTF, FBX, OBJ) and pipelines
• Proven collaboration with UI/UX and agile teams

Nice to Have

• Unity or Unreal Engine experience (web/desktop export, WebGL/Pixel Streaming)
• Graphic design/animation or shader programming (GLSL/Node-based)
• Background in technical visualization, product configurators, or digital product experiences

Ideal Candidate Signals:

• Portfolio with shipped interactive 3D web projects (links required)
• Can explain optimization trade-offs (materials, geometry, textures)
• Comfortable bridging UI state and 3D scene state (React + Three)
• Pragmatic about asset pipelines and collaborating with designers
