Leading and coordinating customer and internal projects in IT department - reviews the project proposal to determine timeframe, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing the project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of the project. Defines / designs activities, starting from existing solutions. Coordinates a small team of specialists to implement project tasks. Contributes to setting project evaluation parameters. Contacts the project sponsor / client at a tactical level. Regularly reports project progress to senior management and/or the sponsor/client. Contributes to improving / developing systems

Job decription:

* Creating and updating detailed project documentation
* Project risk assessment and decision-making
* Participate in the preparation of the project proposal
* Support in proposals / offers for customer: estimation of costs, alignment with planned budget
* Regular reporting about the status of the projects
* Supervision and responsibility for all project goals
* External demand estimations, Internal demand management and global project portfolio support
* Communicate with other departments across companies
* Creating relationships with third parties, suppliers and customers
* Budget preparation & General cooperation with Procurement (RfP preparation, etc.)
* Financial control, cost monitoring and project budget management
* Focal point for BRM
* Service Quality & SLA management and continual improvement
* KPI & metric gathering and reporting for projects

Requirements:

* Knowledge and at least three years of experience in Project and Provider management
* Knowledge and at least three years of experience in Demand management
* English at level B2 (spoken and written) – English used as a common language
* Knowledge of Czech at B2 level
* Analytical skills, high problem-solving competence, goal-oriented work and a strong customer focus
* High level of commitment, confident appearance, strong communication and presentation skills
