• 2+ years of commercial experience as a UI/UX Designer.
• Proven experience working with SaaS platforms, preferably in B2B or marketing technology environments.
• Degree in design or a similar field.
• Strong skills in Figma (prototypes, components, design systems).
• Deep understanding of typography, composition, layout, and UX logic.
• Ability to structure and justify design decisions clearly for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proactive, business-oriented mindset and attention to detail.
• English — Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
