As an ideal candidate, you have professional experience with writing technical and user documentation in software development, with a solid understanding of the ATM/ATC domain. You are also proficient in English, good at asking questions, eager to learn, and comfortable working independently while collaborating with stakeholders for best results.

Professional Requirements

• University degree (Transportation Engineering, Aviation, Computer Science, Communication or a related field) or background in the ATM/ATC domain
• Technical writing experience with a proven record of delivering complete technical documentation solutions for complex products
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• English language proficiency, both written and verbal

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience writing for software products
• A background in the ATM/ATC domain is strongly preferred
• An eye for detail, and an ability to work independently
• A user-centric approach combined with the ability and willingness to learn

We are looking for a Technical Writer to support the deployment of mission-critical Air Traffic Control systems across the globe by translating complex technical processes and software details into clear, user-centric knowledge resources.
