SUPPLIER DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER | TRAVEL ACROSS CZ & GERMANY

POPIS POZICE:

Key Responsibilities
- act as the primary technical contact between suppliers and production plants in the Czech Republic and abroad
- lead implementation of supplier quality processes and supplier base development
- take part in supplier selection and qualification decisions
- monitor supplier performance and drive corrective actions when needed
- evaluate data on supplier quality, capacity, and efficiency, proposing improvement solutions
- coordinate communication between suppliers and internal European teams
- represent the PSDE team during meetings and technical audits
- support the introduction of new technologies and identify innovation opportunities within the supply base

POŽADAVKY:
- high school or university degree
- minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in automotive
- willingness to travel up to 75% (Czech Republic / Germany, mostly by car)
- knowledge of IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3 standards is an advantage
- very good command of English (C1), German is an advantage
- strong MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint), SAP experience is an advantage
- excellent communication, organizational and presentation skills
- independence, accuracy, and ability to stay calm under pressure
