Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in ServiceNow development focused on Service Catalog
- Proficiency in JavaScript and Flow Designer
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP)
- Understanding of ITSM processes and ServiceNow architecture
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Scoped Applications and Custom Widgets
- Exposure to Agile Development methodologies
- Experience with performance tuning and platform optimization
