Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional research experience 
• At minimum Bachelors degree required (like: UX, Design, Service Design, Sociological studies, Research studies, Data Analytics etc.) 
• Experience with quantitative and qualitative research methods and data analysis tools 
• Experience with complex journey mapping is preferred 
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills 
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities 
• Some experience in meeting/ workshop facilitatio 
• Fluent use of digital mapping and interactive tools like Miro/ Mural 
• Experience working in a global or cross-functional environment is a plus
