Professional Experience:

• 5–10 years of hands-on experience in software development with Java.
• Solid practical and theoretical knowledge of Java programming and object-oriented design principles.
• Proven experience in delivering software within agile environments.

Technical Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Java frameworks such as Spring Boot and Hibernate.
• Good understanding of microservices and message-driven architectures (Kafka, event sourcing).
• Working experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
• Excellent understanding of clouds, including deployment and configuration.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, particularly using Git.

Soft Skills:

• Ability to act as a subject matter expert (SME) and communicate clearly and empathetically with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong teamwork, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent command of the English language (spoken and written).
• Understanding of how to translate business objectives into data-driven insights.
• Experience working in highly secure application environments.
