  • DevOps skills (Docker, CI/CD pipelines – ideally GitLab CI)
  • GenAI & NLP knowledge: Strong understanding of RAG principles, embeddings, vector search, reranking
  • Hands-on with frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex
  • Proactive ownership attitude and strong communication skills in English

We are supporting the Platform team at securing a highly skilled Python Engineer to work on RAG as a Service – a reusable, scalable solution enabling Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) for internal Roche applications.
