Must-Have

• 5+ years of experience building back-end systems in Python.
• Strong knowledge of Django or FastAPI.
• Hands-on experience deploying and maintaining apps on AWS.
• Solid understanding of system design, RESTful APIs, and database modeling (PostgreSQL / MySQL).
• Experience with CI/CD and Git-based workflows.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills in English and experience working in cross-functional teams.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with async / event-driven systems (Celery, RabbitMQ, Kafka).
• Knowledge of Terraform or other IaC tools.
• Familiarity with Docker and containerized deployments.
• Experience with monitoring & logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
• Knowledge of Redis or MongoDB.
