Our multinational partner, who is responsible for providing humanitarian and developmental aid to children worldwide, is looking for an HR Assistant colleague to join them.

The purpose of the position is to ensure the accurate, efficient, and timely execution of HR administrative processes related to the employee lifecycle particularly payroll, separation administration, case management, and system testing support while adhering to corporate policies and service level agreements (SLAs).

,[Accurately and efficiently process payroll and manage all employee separation activities, including benefits and post-employment settlements., Review and process HR cases in compliance with policies, procedures, and SLAs, ensuring financial and operational accuracy., Contribute to knowledge management by updating SOPs, guides, and FAQs, supporting process documentation and knowledge sharing., Identify opportunities for process simplification and continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and reduce complexity., Support testing of business processes and systems, validating calculations, configurations, and overall data integrity.] Requirements:
