  • Proven experience managing finance systems or technology projects through full lifecycle delivery.
  • Project Management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, Agile PM) and experience using Agile or hybrid methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of finance systems (GL, reconciliation, consolidation, or planning tools) and core finance processes.
  • Background in accounting or finance (qualification or relevant experience).
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to bridge Finance, IT, and business functions.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with experience managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA or MS Project.
  • Skills in tools such as Power BI, SQL, SharePoint, Excel, Access.

Desirable:

  • Experience with cloud-based finance systems implementation.
  • Understanding of system integration and ETL processes.
  • Familiarity with change management and user adoption strategies.
  • Experience working within financial services or other regulated environments.

Location: Kraków
